ジャパニーズ・ダイナマイト・ソース

私はこのマヨネーズを定期的に購入してるわ。
たいていは、一度に複数本買っておくわね。
ジャパニーズ・ダイナマイトソースを作るのに使ってるの。
だけど、サンドイッチに使っても凄く美味しいわよ。
このマヨネーズ自体の味は薄くて、アメリカン・スタイルのマヨネーズのように甘くないわ。本当に全く甘さがないのよ。

You can use this sauce in spicy tuna rolls, or on a volcano or lava roll. The Sriracha hot sauce is the secret ingredient (the one with the rooster on the bottle!). You can be authentic and use "real" Japanese Mayonnaise (Kewpie), but good old Hellman's works fine too.... More

½ cup (low-fat) mayonnaise

2 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce

¼ tsp roasted sesame oil

Whisk the ingredients together until well blended.

Store in fridge.

チリソースとマヨネーズ混ぜたものにごま油…？ソース？油分？
マヨネーズに砂糖が入ってるらしいから赤い照り焼きソースみたいなのかなぁ。
これ記事だとスシ・ソースってなってるんだけど、お寿司にこれつけて食べるの…？馬鹿なの？

ツナロールとかホタテロールにって書いてあった…
シーチキンを素材から作るイメージなのかなぁ…それならなんとか…いや…うん…油×油？
